We want you to feel good about using Charm. If the app isn't working for you, we'll refund your purchase.
14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of any Charm subscription payment within 14 days of the transaction date, for any reason. No interrogation, no hard feelings.
How to request a refund
Email us at fastqualitysolutionsllc@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include the transaction date or invoice number if you have it.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, on behalf of Fast Quality Solutions LLC. Funds usually appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days we don't offer automatic refunds, but please still reach out — we review unusual situations (technical issues, accidental renewals, duplicate charges) case-by-case and we're reasonable people.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from inside the app or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you'll keep access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling alone is not a refund; if you want money back for the current period, request a refund within the 14-day window.
Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please email us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
