1. Who we are

Charm ("Charm", "we", "us") is a product operated by Fast Quality Solutions LLC, trading as Charm Coaching. By creating an account or using the Charm service you ("you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Charm.

2. Merchant of Record

All purchases on Charm — including subscriptions, one-time upgrades and any other paid features — are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, collects payment, charges applicable taxes, issues invoices, and provides customer support for billing matters. By making a purchase you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Charm. Charm is an adult-oriented practice tool intended for mature users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use Charm to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any real person; (b) use Charm to generate sexual content involving minors or non-consensual sexual content; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service; (d) resell or relicense the service; (e) use Charm in violation of any law. Charm is a practice and reflection tool — not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or professional counseling.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel anytime from inside the app or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current period.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.

8. Intellectual property

The Charm app, brand, design, and underlying software are owned by Fast Quality Solutions LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Your own conversations and notes remain yours.

9. AI output disclaimer

Charm uses third-party AI models. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Use your own judgement — do not rely on AI output for important real-world decisions.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users or to us. We may also discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, relationships, or opportunities arising out of your use of the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
